The construction quality is good and they maintain proper standards. I was fortunate to connect with Mr. Sridhar, who was kind, friendly and clear in explaining every detail. He answered all my queries, allowed multiple site visits and helped block the apartment with a minimal amount. The entire process was transparent and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Sridhar and Mr Krishnamoorthy. Glad to be part of the KS family.

The quality of materials used was good, and the work was completed as committed. I am satisfied with the support given by Mr Sridhar from the first meeting until we entered our home. Thanks to Mr Krishnamoorthy as well. Note: I removed the “small pending works” part for website use, because it may distract from the trust message. It’s honest, but not ideal for front-facing testimonial content.
